Climate-action Friday

It is a climate awareness and action-oriented event that takes place at the local/grassroots level. To organize the event, the Green Center and the local government appeal, encourage and support educational institutions, local communities, and people to celebrate, the last Friday of each month, as a climate-action day, by organizing environmental events such as community clean-ups, tree-plantation, climate workshops/talk-shows, documentary shows, training events (waste management), eco-lecture session, environmental street theatre, green-arts, poetry and musical events, green march, environmental fairs and festivals, environmental expo etc.
